REFIT

Our Refit program is all about THE PARTY to stay in shape. It's an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, and music-inspired dance fitness-party that helps people stay in shape while having fun.

CYCLING

High-intensity classes, and super effective to burn fat and calories. Our 45-minute sessions are designed to allow even beginners to enjoy the benefits.

HIIT

Our High-Intensity Interval Training is similar to a boot camp, but for smaller groups, and it’s perfect as an activity to share with family, friends, and co-workers.

YOGA

Our classes are perfect as a meditation, and relaxation technique, so it helps reduce stress. It will increase your flexibility, and balance, and it helps your body as much as your mind.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Our certified trainers can help you build functional strength, increase muscle, and improve balance. It can help protect you from injuries and enhance your quality of life.

CARDIO

We’ve developed a simple, proven, science-based exercise program that redefines physical training, maximizes your total gym experience, and helps you achieve your fitness goals.

How It Works

With an open class format, Target24™ is designed to match each member’s unique desires and fitness objectives. A highly-skilled and certified personal trainer will help you determine and achieve your specific goals.

Benefits

Focus

Through technology, each member’s performance is displayed on interactive screens throughout the gym. This ensures they stay focused on their goals.

Stimulation

Members go through twelve 30-second intervals four times. The routine changes every 30-days to maximize muscle and mind stimulation.

Results

During a member’s workout, their heart rate will be displayed throughout the club. This ensures that each member will get the most efficient workout every time.
